How The Payment Process Works
1. Free Site Inspection First.
You visit the site, see the property, meet our team. No payment of any kind at this stage.
2. Small Reservation Fee to Hold Your Unit.
Only after you are satisfied, a refundable reservation fee locks your unit for 30 days at the current price.
3. Legal Agreement Before Full Payment.
A Purchase Agreement is signed and stamped before any substantial payment is made. Your lawyer can review it.
4. Payment to Verified Company Account Only.
All payments go to Reform Sports West Africa's registered corporate account, never to an individual.
5. Title Documents on Full Payment.
Your C of O or Deed of Assignment is processed and handed to you upon completion of payment.
